Here's exactly how paying for a LetOption managed stay works, from reservation to check-in.

How it works

From booking to check-in

  1. Reserve your dates. Submit a booking request for the apartment and dates you want — this does not charge your card.
  2. We confirm availability. A LetOption coordinator checks the calendar and confirms your stay by email, usually within a few hours.
  3. Secure payment link. Once confirmed, we send a secure checkout link. Card details are entered directly into our PCI-compliant payment processor — LetOption never sees or stores full card numbers.
  4. Booking confirmed. Your payment is processed, you receive a receipt and check-in instructions, and the apartment is yours.

Accepted cards

Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported at checkout where available.

Deposits & balance

Stays under 28 nights are charged in full at confirmation. Medium-term stays (1–6 months) take a deposit plus first month upfront, with the remainder billed monthly.

Cancellations & refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the listing's cancellation policy, shown at checkout before you pay. See our Cancellation Policy for full terms.
