House rules

Check-in & identification

• Valid photo ID is required from the lead guest at or before check-in.
• The booking must be used by the named guest(s); bookings are not transferable to a different lead guest without prior approval.
• Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am, unless otherwise confirmed for your booking.

Occupancy

• The number of guests staying must not exceed the maximum listed for the property.
• Visitors are welcome during reasonable daytime hours but may not stay overnight unless added to the booking.

Smoking & substances

• All LetOption apartments are strictly non-smoking, including vaping, inside the property.
• Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances.

Noise & quiet hours

• Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. Please keep noise to a considerate level out of respect for neighbours.
• Parties and large gatherings are not permitted in any LetOption property.

Care of the property

• Please treat the apartment and its contents with care — guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Report any damage or maintenance issue to LetOption as soon as you notice it, so we can resolve it quickly.
• Pets are only permitted where a property listing explicitly states pets are allowed.

Breach of these house rules may result in the booking being ended early without refund. If anything here is unclear, or your stay has a special requirement, contact us before you book.
